March Madness:

This month Jake and Kari have just been keeping busy. Jake quit his job and has started to build up the window cleaning business. It's starting to pick up which is good because he has a hard time sitting still. His school is going good and he joined a gym and loves to go work out. Also, he includes fishing AS MUCH AS HE CAN since he discovered we are only about 6 miles away from the Salt River. Kari has been busy with school projects and getting ready to graduate in May. She had her bridal shower and got lots of housing gifts to decorate. We are excited to put them in use. Also, we were able to go up to the mountains this month and visit with family and we both agree it was fun. Both of our family's got to together for haystacks, and played some really funny games. Wedding plans are still coming along good. Just three months left. As far as that goes we are doing good and excited that the weather down here is getting nice and warm. YAY!  Love ya'll. Jake and Kari.

RECENT EVENTS WITH THE KENT FREI FAMILY

Sid was ordained an Elder by his dad on January 16th. It is hard to believe he has reach this age!  We are proud of this decision he has made in his life.
Then Thad turned 14 on February 28th. He had a big party the weekend before with alot of friends. He had a good ole time. The house was full as we fed them all hot dogs and then Sid and Vic took them to the school field to play games like capture the flag, British bulldog and whiplash(you all hold hand and make a train, then run and move back and forth). Then they ate brownies and ice cream as he opened his presents. He was excited to get quite a bit of money! Then he had a family party on his Birthday. On Sunday March 6th He was ordained a teacher by his dad. It was real cool that Vic got to stand in because he was a priest. We are very proud of Thad's great decisions he has made thus far in life!
Sid on March 26th Sid went through the Snowflake, AZ temple for his endowment. What an exciting time for him! It is amazing how much Sid's testimony has grown this year through his hard work at studying for his mission. He got a letter from his mission Pres. and his wife telling him more about where he will be serving and more of what to expect. He will serve in the Sub mission of Vanuatu and learn the language of Bislama. He is excited about this and already had a feeling he would need to learn it.
Vic has been hanging in there with going to Seminary every weekday morning and coming home and working with dad, whenever there is work. It has been slow with work because of the weather, but is picking up now that everyone is in the spring cleaning mood. Vic and Sid tore down the old chicken coop to rebuild as a shed for tools and dad's fly tying stuff. He also has gotten his  gas power remote control car running . He is so good at taking apart and putting together this car. Vic is well loved by his nieces, especially Saumalie.
Luke and Drake are still doing real well in school! They got  awards at an assembly where their parents and peers attended. Luke got on the Superintendents list, meaning he got all A's and A+'s.  Drake also received an award for being on the principals list. He received all A's and B's. They have  done well all year. It is rewarding as parents to see how well their children do in school. Drake and Luke both enjoy going to Cub Scouts weekly. Luke is the only one in his den and Drake and one other boy is in his den. They are always learning and growing.
Dad and mom are busy with their church callings  and the family. Dad has been real busy with school and did real well with his last class(math). He got a week break before starting his next math class. We love all of you grown children and wish you the best in life. Love you all!
